Privacy policy

Universal Business Connection Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, the owner of the ubc-invest.pl website, makes every effort to protect your privacy properly. To ensure lawful, transparent and secure processing of your personal data, we have adopted this Privacy Policy, which has been in force since 25 May 2018. This is a translation; in case of any discrepancy, the Polish version prevails.

Scope, purposes and legal basis of processing

Because the ubc-invest.pl website lets you contact us about various matters, we process your personal data for different purposes, to different extents and on different legal bases. To give you precise information about how your personal data is processed, we have grouped it by purpose.

Presenting an offer of our services

Scope of data: to prepare and present an offer of our services, we process the personal data sent via the contact form: full name, email address, website address, phone number and the content of the enquiry.
Legal basis: processing is necessary to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract.

Handling other enquiries from the contact form

Scope of data: to reply to enquiries that are not requests for an offer of our services, we process the data sent via the contact form: full name, email address, website address, phone number and the content of the enquiry.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest (processing at the request of the data subject).

Personal data obtained other than through the ubc-invest.pl website (by phone, email, etc.) is likewise processed only for the purpose for which it was provided and for as long as necessary to achieve that purpose. If we plan to change the purpose of processing, we always ask the data owner for consent and inform them of the changed processing conditions.

If you send us a request related to the rights listed above, we will respond without undue delay and in any case within one month of receiving it. If, due to the complexity or number of requests, we cannot fulfil your request within one month, we will fulfil it within a further two months, informing you of the extension in advance.

As the personal data controller, we make every effort to ensure the security of your personal data.
We undertake to:

• protect data against disclosure to unauthorised persons, removal by an unauthorised person, alteration, damage or destruction,
